Promotion and Graduation Policy

The university encourages students to complete most core and elective courses within the first three semesters. Flexible course options are available to meet individual learner needs. To be awarded the degree, students must successfully complete the following course structure and credit hours:

• The minimum passing grade from one semester to the other is GPA 2.00 (D)
• The overall performance of a student will be expressed in terms of Grade Point Average or G.P.A. A student can retake any exam with payment of prescribed fees.
